Each product manufactured and supplied by us has been designed for excellent field performance providing 100% satisfaction to our customers. Our infrastructure, process & people gel well with each other to meet all challenges involved in opencast mining operations. While manufacturing of these products, great concern is given to the environment as well as to energy efficiency; which is reflected in our Solar Water Heating system and Heat Recovery system. Safety is of great concern to us while manufacturing our products and each & every process activity is guided by our comprehensive Safety Management Plan of our company. Our products are listed on Coal India's approved list of products and we have been a regular supplier to them. Our products have been randomly sampled & tested by CMPDI & CMRI and have proven to be of high quality with good powder factor, good fragmentation results & minimal vibrations.  Our dedicated technical team looks after the in-field mining operations. From calculation of technical parameters for charging to explosives into the boreholes, our team is experienced & capable enough to handle such operations. Vibration monitoring is a major aspect while mining and as and when required our people carry out analysis using high accuracy vibrometers to obtain graphs depicting vibrations recorded & even comparing it with DGMS standards. We have on our own fleet of explosive vans of various ranges to transport explosives & accessories. We also offer explosives magazines for storage of a wide range of explosives & accessories. |
